(in English) Recently, energy-saving devices using spin waves attracts attention, since they have advantages of nonvolatility and avoiding loss of joule heat. In this paper, we analyze the magnetostatic surface wave that is one of the magnetostatic modes of the spin waves in the magnetic thin film. Characteristics of the amplitude and phase are investigated for varying the thickness of the magnetic film.
