Development of Broadband Microstrip Crossover for Millimeter Wave

(in English) We have been developing multi-color superconducting cameras for the survey observations at millimeter and sub-millimeter-wave lengths. The antennas of our camera are configured by dual-slot antennas to receive polarized signals. We use Microwave Kinetic Inductance Detectors that have high sensitivity and are suitable for large arrays. Our camera design requires crossover structures on signal lines between antennas and detectors. Since the crossovers can lead signal crosstalk and degradation of the polarization separation, we have studied low crosstalk and broadband microstrip crossovers.
