We constructed the Fabry-Perot interferometer using a spherically polished ferrule endface facing mirror attached to single-mode fiber. Those interferometers with a DFB-LD and a fiber coupler could be detected micro-vibration amplitude of 63 nm. As a result of having checked a frequency response to 100Hz, we confirmed that a flat characteristic. |
