Small High-Sensitivity Microwave Receiver Module using Superconducting Filter

(in English) We have developed a small high-sensitivity microwave receiver module using a superconducting filter. The superconducting filter is designed as a four-pole elliptic function filter and composed by stepped-impedance hairpin microstrip line resonators. The developed superconducting filter that has a low insertion loss of 0.1dB uses high-Tc superconducting material, YBCO. The receiver module contains the above filter and a low noise amplifier cooled by cryocooler, the volume is two liters, and the noise figure is 0.5dB.
