(in English) From April 2016, NICT has entered into fourth Period for the Medium to Long-term Objectives. In the New Objectives and Plans, in order to maximize research and development achievements, NICT works out plans for "Strengthening of activities toward Open Innovation such as industry-academia-government collaborations " and has established the " Open Innovation Promotion Headquarters ". In this paper, I present some activities toward innovation in NICT and consider the cases of industry-academia-government collaboration toward Innovation
