The distance to the target is basic information in many engineering fields. Recently, the acoustic distance measurement(ADM) method based on the phase interference between transmitted and reflected waves has been proposed. This method is the practical method just to apply Fourier transform to the power spectrum of an observed wave. Furthermore, the original ADM method was theoretically expanded so that it becomes measurable the distance 0m by introducing analytic signal insead of power spectrum, and the authors attempted to implement the ADM method, but there was still a problem on the poor computation power with practical. This paper introduces the ADM method measurable to 0m by obtaining the analytic signals of 2ch microphones and implements this ADM theory into the 32 bit microcomputer system(i.e., compact system). Finally, the validity of the compact system is confirmed through an evaluation experiment in actual environment. |
