(in English) Recently, researches and developments which are beneficial for short-range and large traffic communications are progressing in over 100 GHz frequency band. Spectrum analysis using high order harmonic mixing in over 100 GHz has some subjects of large conversion loss and many spurious emissions. This paper reports that we confirmed high dynamic range spectrum analysis through construction and evaluation of a 300 GHz measurement setup.
