Analysis of crosstalk between microstrip lines placed on both sides of a ground slot

(in English) By advance of miniaturization of electronic devices, a ground of a printed circuit board is tend to be small and complicated and the ground may have some defects, such as connectors or clearance halls of vias, ground slots. In this paper, we calculated electromagnetic coupling between two microstrip lines placed both side of a ground slot on a printed circuit board using multi-conductor transmission lines method. To calculate crosstalk between the microstrip lines, we decomposed the circuit into a even-mode and an odd-mode. And we showed the validity of results using the odd-mode analysis by comparing with the results of FDTD method.
