Design of the Microwave SQUID Multiplexer for Fast TES X-ray Microcalorimeter Arrays

(in English) We have studied the design and performance of the microwave SQUID multiplexer (MW-Mux) for TES x-ray micro-calorimeters with typical response time of 1 μs. To achieve such fast response, two improvements were carried out on our previous design of MW-Mux for TES γ-ray micro-calorimeters with typical response time of 100 μs. One is decreasing QC, i.e., the external Q factor of thin-film superconducting resonators, from 5×103 to smaller than 1×103. The other is increasing the sampling frequency from 60 to larger than 480 kS/s. In this presentation, the way to realize and evaluate such low QC and large sampling frequency will be discussed.
