We have been developing the superconducting detector LEKID (Lumped Element Kinetic Inductance Detectors) for a dark matter search using liquid helium. It is thought that the LEKID can detect scintillation photons from helium with large solid angle. We use the LEKID made of Nb at 1.6 K cooled by decompressed cooling. We report on current status of the development and show to reduse the cross-talks of the LEKID. |
