Printing process is one of the deposition technique of the organic semiconductor layer for making organic flexible devices. This method is considered as better approach for the mass production of flexible electronic devices. However, all of conventional printing process inevitably causes an emission of organic solvents and its vapor, which result in high environmental load. We have demonstrated solvent-free printing process for organic flexible field effect transistors by toner-marking and thermal lamination. In this work, fine organic semiconductor tone was transferred onto a patterned circuit by the toner marking using AC electric field. |
