(in English) With the rapid development of China's cross-border e-commerce industry, the risk consumers facing in the purchase process is becoming increasingly prominent and the interests of consumers cannot be fully protected due to the imperfect rules. This study discusses the variety of risks from the process of purchase to pay in four respects of the logistics, business, capital and information flow. This study illustrates the typical risk situation with cases and present corresponding risk assessment model to avoid risks effectively. So that consumers can comprehensively consider the various risks in the purchase process, according to the actual situation to make a reasonable choice.
