(in English) The amount of information is now increasing beyond the amount of storage capacity. In this situation, to preserve the large quantity of data in the sustainable way and to create sophisticated knowledge from mass of data, we propose quali-informatics, which is informatics based on quality, values and contents of information, and show its outline.
