(in English) In recent years, many local governments have realized the openness of various data as Linked Open Data (LOD) by the boost of the Japanese government in accordance with the trend of open data. However, the original features of LOD have been lost because there is a current situation that new predicates in the LOD units have often been newly defined. Therefore, Information-technology Promotion Association, Japan (IPA) has promoted to unify predicates by building common vocabularies. However, since the predicates has not sufficiently been developed, predicates that represent the detail region of the culture and nature have not been existed. Therefore, this paper describes a tourism vocabulary foundation.
