We applied machine learning technique with Convolutional Neural Network
for Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) images, to classify
fundus diseases. We had provided 1100 OCT image data with `correct'
classifications (23 classes including `normal') by an expert doctor
for training and 100 for testing, and got a trained model which gives
83 correct diagnoses as the most probable classification and 92 answers
containing the correct diagnoses in top 3 (and more than 10%
probability for the correct answer) for 100 testing data. |
