[Poster Presentation] Research on Unsupervised Transfer Learning utilizing Clustering under Incomplete Dataset

(in English) Progress in communication technology and advanced calculators has helped with increasing the number of analytics services that monitor the condition of machinery and provide optical maintenance depends on anomaly detection or anomaly classification. Anomaly detection or classification based on machine learning needs machinery data. However, we can not collect enough data from new type machinery. Additionally, we can not utilize old type machinery data as new type machinery data because new type machinery data might differ with old type machinery data.
In order to solve this problem, we propose Cluster Based Transfer (CBT). CBT extract feature point common with new and old type machinery and the feature point will be extracted by clustering. Then, CBT generate transfer function which transfer old type machinery data to new type machinery data based on common feature point. In this report, we confirm concept on simple numerical experiment.
