(in English) This paper describes an on-site estimation technique for vibration diagnosis using data collected from the transfer system. It is important to discover the rotating machinery abnormalities at an early stage, not only for the safety of the entire facility, but also in terms of both the quality and production management of manufactured goods. Therefore, vibration diagnosis and its’ measurement is quite important work for system maintenance and reliability. Thus, we did research into an estimation technique which looks at temporal change characteristics in the transfer system within the measurement system using on-site equipment. We found an impact signal can be used as an impulse signal which in turn can be used for estimation purposes.
