(in English) This paper introduces the R&D project of Space-Division Multiplexing Photonic Node. The following three key technologies such as space division multiplexing (SDM) node architecture, SDM optical amplification and switching technologies and SDM interconnection technologies to offset the several limits in conventional photonic-node scalability.
