MU-MIMO Model and the Channel Properties -- Correlation between Users/Eigenvalues and Channel Capacity --

(in English) In a narrow area where multi-path seems to be the same and plural users are existing, we studied a MU-MIMO model which was composed of the factors of propagation path, antenna configurations, and user parameters (the position and the moving direction of the users), and then created the channel matrices. And, it was examined the influence on the correlation ρ(u,u’) between the users of the user parameters by simulations. As a result, the correlation ρ(u,u’) has unique peculiar characteristics; the correlation is smaller than the correlation of the SU-MIMO, and is smaller in a line-of-sight in particular. Furthermore, the correlation ρ(u,u’) strongly depends on an angular difference between the moving directions of the users, and is small as the difference is large. Channel capacity is large when the correlation ρ(u,u’) is small, and the capacity in a DPC method is larger than that in a BD method.
