| (in English) | In mobile device, an antenna picture show a network quality. Even if the antenna picture shows the good quality, the quality often is not enough in clouded areas. In this paper, we propose an index of mobile network quality considering a cell load estimated from measured signal indexes. We also evaluate correlation between the proposed index and the quality of experience of the mobile network. | |
