[Poster Presentation] Effect on Voltage Dividing Class E Amplifier by Circuit Parameters

(in English) Effect on voltage dividing class E amplifier by circuit parameters is considered. Voltage dividing class E amplifier can accommodate problem of class E amplifier because it is possible to divide peak switch voltage by connecting transistors in series. Switch of the connected transistors in series of voltage dividing class E amplifier can turn on at the same time, but timing of switch occur lag. Voltage dividing class E amplifier can divide peak switch voltage equally when value of the connected capacitance in parallel with each transistor is all equal. However, value of the connected capacitance in parallel with each transistor occur dispersion by aged deterioration. Thus, effect on the case of two is considered.
