We analyzed frequency conditions and amplitude conditions in gate driver using single LC oscillator for development of power miniaturization high efficiency. Then, we analyzed effect to vary element in circuit. To be more precise, we analyzed to consider Miller effect about gate-source capacitance in oscillator. As a result,we have found that two gate-source capacitances in MOSFETs have an effect on frequency conditions and amplitude conditions. |
