Process Improvement Method by Non-Model Approach

(in English) Recently, Model Approach based Process Improvement method has been discussing to improve QCD of
System Development Projects. However, even when you achieve CMMI Maturity Level 3, sometimes actual effect has not confirmed yet. On the other hand, Non-model approach identified the process area that should be improved to avhieve each organization goal, and actual effect are expected. However, Non-model approach improvement approach is not established yet. In this paper, we propose a method of improving real effect like CD, which align to organization objectives. When we apply this method to the real case process improvement, actual effectiveness to QCD has confirmed.
