In this paper, we perform a fast DCT denoising by using the AAN implementation.
There is LLM implementation as the best fast implementation method for the $8times 8$ DCT, but if it has a quantization process after the conversion, such as JPEG is, more efficient conversion is enabled by processing a quantization and scaling in the DCT at once by using the AAN implementation. Therefore, we propose the implementation of the DCT denoising wich process the thresholding and scaling in the DCT at once by using the AAN implementation. In the experiment, we show its effectiveness by comparing with the case of using LLM implementation. |
