(in English) In this paper, we propose a latency analysis model of cloud and edge computing platforms and analyze the latency of multimedia processing in case of using both platforms. In addition, in order to achieve further reduction of application latency in the edge computing, we provide an optimal network routing formulation which considers network resources and server computational resources. By using an OpenFlow controller, we evaluate and validate the effectiveness of the optimal network route compared with cloud computing.
