Proposal of optical carrier converter by using Raman scattering in silicon photonic wire waveguide

(in English) We have investigated the wavelength conversion from C-band to O-band by using Raman scattering on silicon photonic wire waveguide. The conversion efficient increase more than 10% in the phase matching waveguide structure with 100 mW pump power. The wavelength conversion technique is suitable to realize the compact optical carrier converter.
