| (in English) | In this paper, we propose a broadcasting and communication integrated platform that can retransmit 8K broadcasting content from a TV receiving set to mobile devices using MPEG-DASH. We then evaluate the characteristics of video streaming quality when 8K video is retransmitted in this platform utilizing a model. Evaluation results conclude that 8K/60P broadcasting contents encoded to the supposed bitrates for 8K broadcasting service in Japan can be retransmitted to multiple mobile devices smoothly. | |
