Visualization of sound arrival directions in the outdoors

(in English) This report describes about design of boosting awareness of acoustic event by visualization of sound direction. The designed system consists of two parts. These are sound direction estimation and imaging parts. After the sound arrival direction is estimated based on a MUSIC method, the direction is displayed on the camera image. In this report, the system is expected to work outdoors. As it is hard to estimate sound arrival direction in those places, GEVD-MUSIC is used in order to improve accuracy of estimation. Experimental result shows that the accuracy of GEVD-MUSIC is 5 points better than SEVD-MUSIC.
