(in English) This paper proposes a switched-capacitor amplifier with adaptive biasing technique. The proposed amplifier employs adaptive biasing technique to adaptively increase operating current so that it reduces power dissipation and achieves high slew rate. The performance of the proposed amplifier was evaluated using SPICE with a set of 65-nm parameters. The simulation result demonstrated that the current dissipation was 529 nA and the slew rate was 0.11 V/µs. The proposed amplifier achieved the lower current dissipation and higher slew rate than the amplifier without an adaptive biasing technique.
