(in English) Distribution of personal-data management to individuals helps them share their own data with organizations to enjoy better services and makes it easier to utilize detailed personal data based on the data-subjects’ consents. Decentralized PDS is a tool to realize such decentralized management. PLR is a sort of decentralized PDS which does not require any dedicated server but personal devices only. Such decentralized PDSs are expected to promote industry and culture by sharing and utilizing big detailed personal data.
