(in English) It is essential to improve computing speed and power efficiency for processing ‘Big data’ which exponentially
increases year-by-year. The fact that a paradigm shift is critical issue for computing hardware architecture is now widely
accepted considering semiconductor device dimension is getting closer to physical limit. This article introduces a part of
research about neuromorphic computing which is expected to play a crucial role for the paradigm shift.
