Job Assignment Strategy on Fog Computing using VCHS Queueing Model

(in English) Because of the popularization of IoT(Internet of Things), enormous traffic load is concentrated in the cloud. It will be difficult to realize low latency and real-time in the current cloud computing. Fog computing is a computing model to disperse loads of the cloud computing. It consists of Three layers: edge device, fog, cloud. The fog has devices called “fog node”. The fog node receives jobs from the edge devices such as a sensor device and either completes processing itself or assigns it the cloud according to jobs. Because Job diversification is progressing, it is necessary to clarify how to assign jobs. We represent the fog computing using VCHS queueing models and study on an effective job assignment strategy.
