(in English) On operating IT system, the tools for troubleshooting, such as operation procedure documents and RCA(Route Cuase Analysis) Tools, are made and used. With these tools, it is possible to recover the expected troubles. But once the unexpected trouble is happened, for the finding trouble readson, and the making recovering procedure waste long time. In this work, the functions are implemented that the automatic finding fault reason and generating the repair procedure by comparing systems on trouble and CMDB. And the evaluation of the function are done, and the effectiveness is confirmed.
