In recent years, quantum communication, quantum cryptography, quantum computing, and so on, which use a single-photon as the information carrier, have been studied actively. Considering those practical developments, miniaturization and loss reduction of the constructed quantum optical system are crucial. In order to realize those, monolithic quantum waveguide circuit which integrates the optical functional elements by application of the optical waveguide fabricated on substrate has been focused. We aim to realize high-fidelity on-chip two-photon interferometer applied the waveguide coupled SSPD which can realize on substrate and be expected high performance that other detectors cannot realize. |
