An AC/coaxial adapter used in AMN's characteristic measurement has been evaluated up to 30 MHz which is the upper limit frequency of the AMN. However, its characteristics should be also considered in more than 30 MHz because new AMNs for using over the limit have been proposed. In this report, the adapter is modeled as a transmission line in order to evaluate the characteristics of more than 30 MHz. As a result, the calculated characteristics using the model agreed with the simulated one using the electromagnetic simulation, thus the effectiveness of the model is verified. Moreover, the influence of the ground for the adapter is also evaluated by using the model. |
