Study on Construction Method of Information Portal Site for Tourism Promotion

(in English) In recent years, local governments have been promoted tourism for regional activation. Shingu town in Fukuoka is also promoting the tourism, and Shingu Office is established Shingu Hospitality Association (tourism association) in 2015. The tourism association disseminates the local information such as tourist spot and events. However, tourists and new residents do not know fully about characteristics of the region, because there is a limit to disseminate of the local information by one organization. Therefore, the tourists are less, and young people that do not have love for the region is increasing. In this study, we have developed a new Tanoshingu portal site to be able to convert articles to the Linked Open Data (LOD) for disseminating regional information effectively. The portal site is confirmed that the articles have good link performance and good contents by evaluation of a node degree distribution and questionnaires.
