(in English) We are investigating a low-cost and low-power consumption optical aggregation network employing optical Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) for metro-area. We propose a method for suppressing transient response of an Erbium-Doped Fiber-Optical Amplifier (EDFA) with pump power optimization. We also present the evaluation results of this method with simulation and experiment, and show the capability of burst optical transmission in metro network.
