| (in English) | Multi-beam massive MIMO configuration has been proposed that utilizes the beam selection with high power in an analog part and blind algorithm such as constant modulus algorithm (CMA) which does not need channel state information (CSI) in a digital part. The proposed method obtains high transmission efficiency because the CSI estimation itself is eliminated by the proposed method. We have evaluated the bit error rate performance on the uplink channel by the proposed method. However, it is essential to improve the transmission rate of downlink in future wireless communication systems. In this report, we evaluate the transmission performance in the downlink with simple control at the user terminal by the proposed massive MIMO transmission. By the computer simulation, it is shown that the multi-beam selection at the base station and CMA at the user terminal with two antennas can realize the transmission with high order modulation scheme effectively. | |
