Routing Algorithms Based On Speed Difference and Distance Difference between Vehicles for Persistent Connection on VANET

(in English) VANETs (Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks) are created by vehicles with wireless communication. When some vehicles communicate with each other via VANET but the choice of vehicles to relay packets between the source and destination is not suitable, the communication path is frequently disconnected and the communication performance is degraded. To improve this problem, various routing protocols had been proposed. However, these methods often supposed that the communication with a same vehicle might be finished within a short time. This paper proposes a new rouging algorithms to improve the persistent connection. The routing algorithms consider speed difference and distance difference between vehicles. Finally, from the network experiments, the average route disconnection time and hop length are compared with the previous research to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.
