Evaluation of the PEACH3 used for communication in application

(in English) Tightly Coupled Accelerators(TCA) architecture connects a number of GPUs directly through PCI Express using dedicated switches called PEACH2(PCI Express Adaptive Communication Hub ver. 2). But the bandwidth of PEACH2 is insufficient because of the bottlenecks at its PCIe Gen2 ports. To enhance the bandwidth, PEACH3 which have PCIe Gen3 ports, was developed.
Breadth first search(BFS) using PEACH3 for communication was implemented and evaluated with Graph500.
For comparison, the bfs with PEACH3 achived 531MTEPS(Traversed edges per second) and it was 1.13 higher TEPS than PEACH2 and reduces communication time to about 91%
