We developed a technology to diagnose fire damage on the concrete surface in the building where fire occurred using vibration characteristics generated on concrete surface by irradiation of high-intensity aerial ultrasonic wave. In previous study, it was clarified that a diagnosis of fire damage can be estimated by the change of Young's modulus of concrete exposed to high temperature from the vibration characteristics of concrete surface. By the way, a micro crack is generated on the concrete surface exposed to high temperature and the surface property changes complicatedly. It is useful to simultaneously measure changes in the surface condition of concrete in order to conduct detailed fire diagnosis because these micro crack affects sound waves propagating on the concrete surface. In this report, we investigated the surface condition of the target using harmonic components by nonlinearity of high-intensity aerial ultrasonic wave. |
