(in English) ZnO nanostructures are fabricated from ZnO films by a novel annealing process on different substrates. It was found that the structural and optical properties of the ZnO nanostructures are significantly influenced by the underneath ZnO films as well as substrates. It was observed that the photoluminescence properties are dependent on the density and size of the ZnO nanostructures.
