Development of Balance Validation System for Work Breakdown Structure in Disaster Response based on Project Management Framework

(in English) Though natural disaster occurred recently in many times in Japan, experimental knowledge of disaster response was not inherited to unexperienced responders effectively. This is a reason why practicable response plans or manuals are not developed in local government. In previous research, Inoguchi, et. al. suggested a method to clarify disaster response work by using the way of WBS in order to solve that issue. However, they have not persuaded that local responders understand how to arrange work structure. In this paper, we developed a system that they grab whole picture of work bias by visualizing work structure. This system can promote them to find new detection of work arrangement and to assign work volume efficiently. Finally we made mention that our developed system can complement un-experimental knowledge.
