To measure the height distribution of the surface over a wide range, Crosstrack Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), in which antennas are separated in the cross track direction, is widely used. In this study, the height measurement error caused by errors included in the measurement parameters (antenna arrangement, platform altitude, etc.) is investigated, based on actual procedure. The simulation results showed that the antenna arrangement and the delay distance difference between the antennas are important for reducing height measurement error by XTI SAR. |
