Detecting Transition of Achievement in Seismic Research by Morphological Analysis -- A Case Study of Research Paper Titles Published by Seismological Society of Japan in a decade --

(in English) Disaster research have been promoted by the research field of natural and engineering science mainly. Recently, importance of social science was increased, then we have tried to solve many kinds of issues integrating interdisciplinary field. Considering this background, we supposed that some kinds of trend will appear in research contents. In this research, we aim to clarify how to change trend of research topics in disaster management by analyzing text-data written in research papers and oral presentation articles published as research outcome. For realization of this objectives, we utilize basic methods of text-mining which are morphological analysis and co-occurrence analysis. In this paper, we focused on research subjects published at The Seismological Society of Japan from 2003 to 2014 without 2008 because research subjects in 2008 were not published openly. First, we retrieved noun composing each research subjects by morphological analysis. Second, we carried out cluster analysis to clarify patterns about how to use each noun. Third, we calculate co-occurrence ratio of each noun in research subjects. Finally, we found some trend of topics in seismology research.
