In order to improve local residents’ abilities for disaster reduction, it is important to formulate effective evacuation plans before the disaster occurs. Therefore, it is necessary to organize assumptions of risks that may be encountered in evacuation process and items to be judged. The web application "Tsunami evacuation route decision support tool [1]", developed in the previous research, can formulate evacuation plan by arranging matters interactively with the system through a story. Moreover, current this application is a system design targeting Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture, there are regional restrictions on the function aspect, and maintenance and management of information resources due to update of damage estimation becomes difficult as the target area widens. In this research, we developed an advanced system with high extensibility and maintainability by cloud application, and can develop evacuation plan assuming complex disasters. |
