Investigation of the difference between kinesthetic/visual motor imagery and motor execution/observation using electroencephalogram

(in English) The motor imagery is classified into two types, a kinesthetic motor imagery (KMI) and a visual motor imagery (VMI). However, there is no established method for evaluating both motor imagery using EEG. Therefore, in this research, we experimented at the time of KMI, VMI, and Non imagery which does not image anything, in addition to ME (Movement Execution) and MO (Movement Observation), and examined the difference of each EEG. As a result, in the subject S1, the power spectrum change rate of KMI and VMI in the α band at the site C3 showed a similar tendency, it was also suggested that KMI, VMI, NMI could be identified.
