(in English) This article reviews recent research developments of extremely-energy-efficient adiabatic superconducting logic circuits. By operating the logic gate, named quantum flux parametron, adiabatically without causing non-adiabatic energy dissipation, the energy dissipation can be reduced to the energy level smaller than the Landauer limit given by kBT ln2. It is shown that the circuits are robust against the parameter variations due to fabrication process and the correct operations of relatively large-scale logic circuits, such as carry-look-ahead adders and register files have been demonstrated. It is also shown the recent development of EDA tools, which enable us to design large-scale adiabatic superconducting logic circuits.
