Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) The thickness of the specimen was measured by noncontact air-coupled ultrasonic. The thickness of the specimen was measured by the resonance method, and the thickness was calculated by finding the frequency of the received signal. We measured the thickness of the steel plate by the resonance method and measured the thinner steel sheet thickness by changing the frequency. We measured by changing the chirp ratio of the transmitted signal and confirmed that the measurement range and precision change by changing the chirp ratio. The thickness was measured by the resonance method on the curved surface, and the thickness change of 0.1 [mm] was observed by the resonance method with the acrylic specimen.
