Automatic vehicle speed controlling scheme using pedestrian information for trafic safety in intersection

(in English) In this paper, we propose automatic vehicle speed control method to prevent left-turn collision accidents in intersection road.
Nowadays, vehicles can recorgnize pedestrians and decrease velocity using camera and lazer radar when pedetrians rush out road .
But in occasion vehicles keep lower velocity, the number of vehicle increase and vehicle congestion happens. And, if brake power
is too strong, driver feel discomfort. So, we study avoiding traffic accident vehicleand pedestrians optimising vehicle acceleration.
